Church leadership encompasses both spiritual and practical oversight of the congregation, guided by biblical principles of servanthood, humility, and accountability. Effective leadership is essential in helping church members deepen their faith and strengthen their reliance on God in daily life.

The Pastors of Round Pen are entrusted with providing spiritual direction, educational instruction, preaching, and pastoral care within the Church. Leadership at Round Pen is regarded as true discipleship, with responsibilities that include equipping and mentoring members of the church to support their spiritual growth.

Furthermore, all leaders at Round Pen actively participate in guiding the church’s initiatives to engage with and serve the broader community.
